Meet Our Team
Andy is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in Finance, Strategy, and Transformation. He has held several leadership positions, including CFO, Vice President, and Director of Finance from PepsiCo, Clorox, Whirlpool, Ventura Foods, and The Butcher Shoppe, managing FP&A, Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, and Corporate Accounting.
With over 5 years of strategy consulting experience from A.T. Kearney, Andy has worked with several blue-chip clients at the C-level including Cadbury Schweppes, The Carlyle Group, Dow Chemicals, Caterpillar, CVS Pharmacy, Anheuser-Busch InBev, McCain Foods, Alcatel-Lucent, TD Canada, Harley Davidson, Johnson Diversey, Bosch Siemens Hausgeraete (BSH), Bell Canada, Emerson Electric and the Government of Canada. He has advised these clients on a turnaround strategy, M&A integration, procurement, technology evolution, pre-acquisition due diligence, portfolio rationalization, and competitive benchmarking.
Andy has an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Professional Certificate in Investments from Columbia Business School, an M.S. in Polymer Engineering from the prestigious College of Polymer Science & Engineering at the University of Akron, and a B.Eng. (Distinction) in Chemical Engineering from Bangalore University, from which he graduated with the highest honours, including the University Gold Medal.
He was also the recipient of the prestigious 2016 Gord Watkins Collaboration & Leadership Award at PepsiCo, the highest individual award across all of Pepsico Canada. In addition, due to his seminal work on Financial Planning (2015), Brand Value Index (2014), and Pricing Strategy (2013), he received the 'Best of the Best Award', the highest in PepsiCo Finance.
